These booking rules apply to all guests staying at Heritage Heaven. By confirming a booking, guests agree to follow the terms below.
1. Check-in and Check-out Policy
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM
Early Check-in / Late Check-out
- Early check-in is subject to room availability and may include additional charges.
- Late check-out after 12:00 PM will be charged as follows:
- Until 5:00 PM – Half-day rent will be charged
- After 5:00 PM – Full-day rent will be charged
2. Identification Requirements
- A valid government-issued ID is required for all guests at the time of check-in.
- Local couples must provide proof of marriage at check-in.
- Unmarried local couples are not allowed.
- Same-city bookings are not entertained.
- Foreign couples are welcome with valid passports.
3. Payment Policy
- Full payment or advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
- For stays longer than one day, advance payment is mandatory.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before check-in to avoid charges.
5. Visitors Policy
- Visitors are allowed only in the lobby area.
- Entry to guest rooms is allowed only with management approval.
6. House Rules
The following are strictly not allowed inside the guest house:
- Parties
- Drugs
- Loud music
- Smoking inside rooms
Guests must respect the peaceful environment of the property at all times.
7. Damage Responsibility
Guests are fully responsible for any damage to the room or property during their stay. The cost of damage will be charged accordingly.
8. Security Policy
- CCTV cameras are installed in common areas for the safety and security of guests and staff.
